    Designed in Britain with the style conscious parent in mind, Egg2 introduces the concept of evolution, keeping true to their ‘Inspired Luxury Design’.
    Egg2 ensures an effortlessly smooth ride for baby and exceptional ease of use for new parents.

    The Egg2 Features a 5-position handlebar, and with a redesigned central hub sporting a proud egg emblem, the chassis is positioned 3.6cm higher, making tending to newborns easy when set up as a pram. Featuring a ‘one-hand fold’, the chassis is compact when folded and free stands, with the handle clear from the ground.

    You'll never be out of space with the 21L shopping basket. The Egg2 also features larger, puncture free front and rear wheels with tyres which have a new unique egg-shaped tread pattern. Engineered for comfort, superior handling and added durability, Egg2has been fitted with Tru-Ride technology as standard.

    The new Egg2 seat offers three recline positions and can be either parent or world facing, it is also designed to promote comfort for longer. The new seat is 7cm taller and sits slightly higher. The seat also features a new slider mechanism on the back of the seat which allows a quick and easy adjustment of the harness and new headrest.

    The seat canopy features a ventilation net, which can also be used as a viewing window, which can be closed using magnets sewn into the fabric.

    The Egg2 carrycot has evolved in both its shape and release mechanism; as a spacious nest suitable from birth–9kg, it is longer and features an ergonomic release lever positioned at the head end. Like the seat unit-It also features a ventilation net and viewing window, it is suitable for occassional overnight sleeping.

    A taller and longer chassis has made for greater space in all tandem configurations, which will require the new Egg2 tandem adaptors. For twins or close in age siblings, tandem seats are currently available in Monument Grey, Quartz, Jurassic Grey and Just Black Egg2 colours.

    The new Egg Shell (i-Size) infant car seat is available in all Egg2 colours, and is compatible with the Egg Isofix base.

We think we have one of the easiest online checkout systems in the UK, you simply complete your name & address, choose your payment option, (card or PayPal) and go through checkout.  

    ALL ORDERS:.... Medium & large sized items are normally sent out via DPD for next working day delivery and smaller items sent out are sent via Royal Mail. As a security measure, most high value items (normally over £350) are dispatched on a pre-agreed delivery date basis also using DPD and we will contact you to arrange this. 

    We ship to the UK, IrelandFrance, The Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Finland, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, together with other countries on request. Costs are shown in the dropdown boxes and if no cost is shown we will deliver to all the above countries for FREE. We regret that a few of our suppliers will not allow us to ship outside of the UK.     UK ONLY, (DPD TRACKING):.... Subject to you supplying an e mail address and mobile phone number at time of order you can normally track your parcel.  DPD will email or text you a delivery slot and you can watch the progress of the delivery driver as he heads towards you on the DPD website. Eventually, your allocated one hour time slot for your delivery reduces to a 15-minute delivery slot as the driver approaches your address.

    DELIVERY COSTS ENGLAND, WALES & SCOTLAND: ....A small delivery charge is made on most products with a cost up to £37.99 with FREE delivery on most products thereafter. Full details are on each product page.

    DELIVERY COSTS & TIMES SOUTHERN & NORTHERN IRELAND & UK ISLANDS INCLUDING JERSEY & GUERNSEY:.... When ordering, please select from the list in the dropdown box. This will accurately display your shipping costs. Failure to do so may result in a longer wait for your order, as we will need to contact you. Very small items sent via Royal Mail will not normally incur an extra cost subject to delivery being inside the UK borders. For larger items (sent via DPD) delivery to these areas will take about 3 days longer than mainland UK. 

    DELIVERY COSTS & TIMES MAINLAND EUROPE: ....Any delivery costs to mainland Europe is shown on the product page via the dropdown box. Delivery will normally take between 4 -16 days.  For tracking details, please contact us. Product costs are normally lower in the UK than in mainland Europe because we have lower running costs and work on lower profit margins. The exchange rate (due to Brexit) is also of help. We only sell in £'s but conversion to your local currency is very easy in particular if you use PayPal as your payment option. 



    Changing your mind:

    Unhappy with your choice of purchase?  As an internet buyer you have legal rights under the UK Distance Selling Regulations and you can return your purchase (if unused) within the time frames set out in these regulations. We know that buying online can sometimes result in changing your mind and that is fine by us, we want happy customers!

    However, products must be returned in original packaging, unused and in the same condition as supplied. Please contact us for a Baby2k returns number if you want to activate a return which will be, (just like returning a product to a physical shop….. time, parking, fuel etc.) at the purchasers cost.


    Service issues and faults:

    Baby2k are the online retail division of Baby 2000 and we have been retailing baby products for over 30 years. In that time, we have learnt which products give great service!  We don’t sell any product online which we would not be happy to use our self. We only offer online, brands that we have 100% confidence in.

    In the unlikely event that you incur a problem with a product we have supplied, please contact us for help, often we can resolve the issue over the phone (or by email) or simply arrange for the manufacturer to resolve the issue on a direct basis. This is often the case for our customers based outside of the UK as most major brands these days offer a global warranty which are subject to their terms & conditions as supplied with the product at time of purchase.  You may be required to provide proof of purchase such as your order number or the date of purchase.

    It is very rare a product needs to be returned to us but should this be the case the return must be accompanied with a Baby2k returns number. Initially the return is at the purchaser’s expense but if a manufacturing fault is found you will normally be refunded the return costs. Most manufactures will require that a faulty product is forwarded to them for inspection unless of course they are dealing with the issue on a direct basis with you.  The manufacturers decision on how to resolve any fault or complaint is final.

    The purchaser needs to be aware that any items being returned for inspection must be securely packaged preferably in original packaging….(we once had a customer return their car seat in a bin bag!).  Baby2k.com will not accept any returns that have not been correctly packaged (or has not been authorised) and we accept no responsibility for items damaged in transit that are being returned to us from the buyer.

    In the event that a problem develops which is not due to a manufacturing fault, the cost of repair and transport will be at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to send parts and spares to purchasers should our supplier deem this to be appropriate.

    Buyers and users are expected to use products supplied strictly in line with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions and failure to do so will result in any claims being void.

    Pushchairs are of course the product which results in the most problems and you would be very surprised to learn that the most common pushchair fault is normally resolved by a quick spray of a lubricant!
