A doomoo seat, (yes, doomoo do prefer to have their name spelt with a small “d”) is not just another bean bag.
We know you can buy a standard baby beanbags on other websites for £30 or £40 but PLEASE read on because buying a doomoo is just so much better value as it can be used for up to a ten year old (max 30kg).......... unlike many of the other bean bags which normally can be used for just 6 months or so.

In 2015 the doomoo seat celebrated its tenth birthday and in the last decade or so the doomoo seat has travelled the world to become perhaps one of the best loved baby producrs of all time. A doomoo seat consists of three principal parts. The micro-bean main unit, with an integral solid anti tip base(we do not know of any other bean bag that has this feature) and two zip on covers. One cover has a safety harness (used for newborns) and the second cover, without a harness, for older children (normally 6 months and up).

UK ONLY, (DPD TRACKING):.... Subject to you supplying an e mail address and mobile phone number at time of order you can normally track your parcel. DPD will email or text you a delivery slot and you can watch the progress of the delivery driver as he heads towards you on the DPD website. Eventually, your allocated one hour time slot for your delivery reduces to a 15-minute delivery slot as the driver approaches your address.

DELIVERY COSTS & TIMES SOUTHERN & NORTHERN IRELAND & UK ISLANDS INCLUDING JERSEY & GUERNSEY:.... When ordering, please select from the list in the dropdown box. This will accurately display your shipping costs. Failure to do so may result in a longer wait for your order, as we will need to contact you. Very small items sent via Royal Mail will not normally incur an extra cost subject to delivery being inside the UK borders. For larger items (sent via DPD) delivery to these areas will take about 3 days longer than mainland UK.

For tracking details, please contact us. Product costs are normally lower in the UK than in mainland Europe because we have lower running costs and work on lower profit margins. The exchange rate (due to Brexit) is also of help. We only sell in £'s but conversion to your local currency is very easy in particular if you use PayPal as your payment option.
Changing your mind:
Unhappy with your choice of purchase? As an internet buyer you have legal rights under the UK Distance Selling Regulations and you can return your purchase (if unused) within the time frames set out in these regulations. We know that buying online can sometimes result in changing your mind and that is fine by us, we want happy customers!
However, products must be returned in original packaging, unused and in the same condition as supplied. Please contact us for a Baby2k returns number if you want to activate a return which will be, (just like returning a product to a physical shop….. time, parking, fuel etc.) at the purchasers cost.
Service issues and faults:
Baby2k are the online retail division of Baby 2000 and we have been retailing baby products for over 30 years. In that time, we have learnt which products give great service! We don’t sell any product online which we would not be happy to use our self. We only offer online, brands that we have 100% confidence in.
In the unlikely event that you incur a problem with a product we have supplied, please contact us for help, often we can resolve the issue over the phone (or by email) or simply arrange for the manufacturer to resolve the issue on a direct basis. This is often the case for our customers based outside of the UK as most major brands these days offer a global warranty which are subject to their terms & conditions as supplied with the product at time of purchase. You may be required to provide proof of purchase such as your order number or the date of purchase.
It is very rare a product needs to be returned to us but should this be the case the return must be accompanied with a Baby2k returns number. Initially the return is at the purchaser’s expense but if a manufacturing fault is found you will normally be refunded the return costs. Most manufactures will require that a faulty product is forwarded to them for inspection unless of course they are dealing with the issue on a direct basis with you. The manufacturers decision on how to resolve any fault or complaint is final.
The purchaser needs to be aware that any items being returned for inspection must be securely packaged preferably in original packaging….(we once had a customer return their car seat in a bin bag!). Baby2k.com will not accept any returns that have not been correctly packaged (or has not been authorised) and we accept no responsibility for items damaged in transit that are being returned to us from the buyer.
In the event that a problem develops which is not due to a manufacturing fault, the cost of repair and transport will be at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to send parts and spares to purchasers should our supplier deem this to be appropriate.
Buyers and users are expected to use products supplied strictly in line with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions and failure to do so will result in any claims being void.
Pushchairs are of course the product which results in the most problems and you would be very surprised to learn that the most common pushchair fault is normally resolved by a quick spray of a lubricant!
