Under no circumstances do we offer for sale second-hand or refurbished goods and nor do we say on our web site "we have stock" when we do not.
We would actively encourage parents not to buy second-hand goods (irrespective of source) as over the years these have often proved to be either unsafe or not to comply to the latest safety standards. This particularly applies to children's car seats which can be rendered dangerous if involved in an accident or been dropped.
In car safety is important to us and we would always recommend that you visit an approved child car seat facility before purchasing a car seat. We are very proud to offer to our customers THREE undercover car seat fitting bays at our premises in Portsmouth and confirm that staff have been trained by our suppliers including Jane, Maxi Cosi, Britax, Concord, Recaro, and indeed many others.
