Baby2k.com are the internet division of Baby 2000, one of the longest established baby products
retailers in the country. We are located in Portsmouth, Hampshire and some of our colleagues have been working with us for twenty years. So we really do know what we are doing!
We certainly were not the first baby products retailer to have a web-site, preferring
to take our time to discover what "new generation" parents really want... New parents are still confused, still want excellent value and still want help quickly when they have a problem.
The main difference with web customers is of course that we are in Portsmouth and you
may well be in London, Glasgow or Ireland. Wherever you are in the country, we make sure you have
a personal contact all the way through your pregnancy and beyond. If your specific query cannot be answered immediately by the person you are speaking to, they know a woman (or man) who can.
We are keen to provide that golden customer requirement "SERVICE"... before, during and after your purchase.We are taking web retailing to new levels by providing our customers with the best customer service we can. We have found this kind of attention to be lacking with other web-site retailers that we have used ourselves, therefore inspiring us to create an on-line business that our customers can feel confident about using.

Our Web Centre showroom is based at 43 Copnor Rd, Portsmouth, PO3 5AB. At Baby2k.com you can view many of the products shown on our website and more... and you can purchase from us at the showroom using a debit or credit card (sorry we do not take American Express).
Baby2k.com is open Monday to Saturday 10.30 am to 4.30 pm. Closed Bank Holidays.
If you are coming to look at something in particular you can always call us to make an appointment and we can ensure that the product is available for you to view. Please note that car seat fittings must be pre-booked to avoid disappointment.
